NWU Open Access Journals is a centralized platform that supports the creation, management, and dissemination of scholarly journals from North-West University. It streamlines the editorial process for editors, authors, and reviewers, offering tools for article submission, peer review, publishing workflows, and ORCID integration. Aligned with NWU's Open Access Policy, the platform hosts open-access journals, increasing their visibility, accessibility, and impact, while helping editors achieve accreditation through recognized indices such as Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO SA, DOAJ, IBSS, the Norwegian list, and DHET.
